Can I use a wireless USB adapter for XBOX 360? - hiding xbox cords

I need wireless for Xbox Live, I do not want to spend $ 100 on Microsoft. I use a wired Ethernet network, but the pain and hide the cables from them, then I use a USB wireless adapter for the USB port on the back of my 360 in connection to connect to a connection? Here I have had in mind.

Does not work. But what you can do is the following:

1) Buy the cheapest wireless bridge, router or access point, which you can find in any office or electronics.

To configure 2) With a laptop or PC, the device connects to your wireless network.

3) If a router, disable the automatic assignment of addresses (sometimes called "DHCP Server").

4) Connect the Xbox 360, the Ethernet port on your mobile device. If a router, use one of the LAN ports.

The start is everything you already can. It is easier to use an Access Point or Bridge. With a router must, you disable the address assignment. But as a plus, most routers over a LAN connection, and if necessary additional equipment could get in touch.

Bulked an Access Point Fry's for 14 U.S. dollars. Works like a charm. (Well, charm works like a charm, if actually worked. You get the idea.)
