Question about lifting Dumbbell weights that weigh 25 lbs ? - dumbbell weights

I build various exercises on my arms, legs and chest with weights. Exercise 2 days and then rest afterwards, then the next year, and 2 more days of rest, and so on ..... As a man, in the 6'1 and weight 165-175.
Can you help with techniques for lifting weights to get bigger, or at least bigger.

This is just a basic idea. You can use it and add or subtract as you practice. Remember, the muscles you need to eat, and the protein your muscles need to receive for the rebuilding to build. If you are not getting enough protein throughout the day for up to a certain protein shake powder.

You do not get anywhere without the need to gain weight, the muscles of your time to get used to it and it is too easy. You no bigger or smaller. If you are older than 25 years, to rapidly increase size, lifting heavy enough so that it can do only 4-6 reps, slow and their fitness to build more than the power to build up the strength to lift weights one little lighter and have a lot of repetitions. In addition, the plan is that I do the upper body (arms, chest, shoulders, neck) and one day (in addition to the lower body abs, legs) muscles need rest to grow because they destroy and they have (such as muscles bigger and stronger) deliver the best results
